Thank you. Finding this website and starting correspondence w/ you are the only steps I've taken. I've prepared myself that this could be a long process. I just received an email from someone who found a Mr. Ralph Weidley not Weibley...who had a daughter born Jan. 7, 1970 .....it was the birth announcement from the Lawton Constitution. I guess that might be the newspaper? I've emailed this person back to confirm the spelling of the last name, etc. The other information like the time of birth, the hospital name, the date were all correct to my birth certificate.
