Have you tried contacting them yourself? I believe the best thing for you to do is to either call them or write to them. You might try searching for birth records in the Oklahoman newspaper. It's after hours now but you might try calling City-County Department of Health at (405) 427-8651. I believe they're located near the corner of N.E. 10th and Walnut (?). I've been there several times to get birth/death certificates for members of my family. It's located about one mile south of our state capitol. If you call 411, you should be able to get their phone number. Then, you can call them to see what you can do to get the information you want. The VA Hospital is about 1/2 mile north of the State Health Department.
