He was born in 1929 in Garvin County, Oklahoma. His parents are Tom Phillips and Gertrude Work, and I understand that Gertrude Work is living in a nursing home in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma now. Gertrude married Benjamin Watkins after Tom Phillips died, and they had two daughters, Wanda and Joan Watkins. If anyone can help me it will be greatly appreciated. Thank you much.
