I searched for info on her daughter, Mrs W. Tucker of 2522 NW 17th, but have not located anything further other than the obit of "Willia." Not for sure who you should contact, other than the State of OK Dept of Vital Statistics. You can request a copy of his birth certificate and maybe that will give you some info.
