LOOPER was an agent for The Oklahoman & Times newspaper in Elk City, OK. 04-07-1955 Marshall LOOPER served as President of the Clinton Branch of the Oklahoma Civil Air Patrol. 09-29-1999 NORMAN LOOPER, Marshall Thomas, 72, died Monday. Graveside services 1 pm Thursday, Sunset Cemetery (Havenbrook).
