According to the SSDI, the death was: WILLIAM E WALZ 04 Nov 1951 12 Nov 2002 (P) (FO) (none specified) 521-78-6189 Colorado ...the P, means death certificate was presented & the FO, means that a family member or physician observed the death. Most times, this means there is no other notice given. The only other thing to do would be to contact the State of Oklahoma Vital Statistics Office & request a death certificate (http://www.health.state.ok.us/program/vital/brec.html). However, I would make sure that he died within the state or there will be no certificate & the state will keep the monies. One more option, would be to add a "post-em" to the SSDI listing & leave a message for any other persons researching him to contact you.
