I could not find an obit in the OKC paper for her, so I looked her up in the RL Polk OKC directory for 1966. The only Emma O Smith was listed as the widow of an Elmer A Smith. Also, the death date for Emma O Smith is 15 Aug 1967, not 16 Aug 1967 (according to Ancestry.com's SSDI index).
