Kathy Daily Oklahoman, The (Oklahoma City, OK) - September 11, 2001 Deceased Name: Roy Choat CHOAT Roy Choat, 79, went to be with his Heavenly Father September 9, 2001. Roy retired from OG&E after 37 years of service. He was a faithful member of Peniel Missionary Baptist Church. He will be remembered for his kind and generous spirit as well as his love and devotion to his family. He was preceded in death by his wife Florine. His survivors include his daughter Cathy Choat of the home, daughter Deanna Turner and her husband Dennis, three grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
