Burial will be at Memorial Park Cemetery. Born October 28, 1926 in Dallas, Texas, he was a retired X-ray technician and a veteran of World War II and the Korean Conflict. Survivors include his wife, Elizabeth of the home; and two sons, Frank Buckner of Yukon and Lloyd Buckner of Edmond."
