My younger sister, Dee Adele McConnell was put in an Oklahoma State Home sometime in very early 1960's. Last time dad saw her was, maybe 1963?? She had cerebral palsey and polio at the time and she was taken away from my parents. They never talked abut her. My mothers parents, Walter Harry & Mildred Elizabeth Wallace were supposed to be notified of her death, but never were and they are both dead. I desperately need to see if she is alive or not. I live in arizona and cannot physically go to Oklahoma anymore to view state death records. Can anyone help me??? I would like to know if she is still alive before i die. Thank you for any help!!!!!!
