I believe it shows a middle name of Michael. Leus is such an unusual last name so perhaps this might be a relative, perhaps not. I would suggest you write the college in Oklahoma and see what info you might gain. OSU is located in Norman Oklahoma. Perhaps he is a member on a directory there of alumi.Check for a directory listing in Canada. Perhaps he returned home to Winnipeg. I do not know if it is possible to obtain a birth certificate for him in Canada but you might try. If so it should also give you a date of birth, parents names etc. You don;t say what state you are located in at this time but also look at the adoption records if you were adopted or gather as many facts as possible. Find what kind of degree he obtained and date of graduation. If your mother was a student there or did she simply live in the area.
