I am trying to ascertain what the initials "E.B." stand for. A distant cousin of mine (Nadine Shuler) married this man. I don't know if they had children of their own, but Nadine & E. B. took in her younger siblings who were wards at the Carmen IOOF Home in Alfalfa County. Those siblings were: Francis, Naomi & Richard Evan Shuler. By the way, Francis Shuler graduated from Busmer College - does anyone know where that is? Thanks for the help! Diane Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list. I did not locate an obit but I did at least find proof they did live in OKC. Since I did not locate an obit or death notice for Minor, may I suggest that you order his death certificate? This will at least have the name of the funeral home & then you could write to them and request a copy of all his records in his funeral file. One was your birth announcement where, as you said, the last name was misspelled. However, an earlier edition that I found from September 1969, shows your Mrs Ralph Weibley being admitted to the same hospital. The addresses given in both articles are the same address, so I think you can be reasonably certain it is in fact your birth announcement. If you'll send me your email address, I can forward you a copy of those pages of the Lawton Constitution.
