I don't have all of the list finished yet, but I am working on making memorials for every one that was on the list I recieved, just in case some one else is searching like I was for my ancesters. I have been told one of my ancesters had named the town of Jones,but have not found any proof yet. I read an article about it being named after another Jones than what I have. That is why I am searching for their parents and siblings. Thomas and Mary were my fathers gr-grandparents. I have hit a lot of walls searching his side of the family. Yes I would love to have an obit for both of them, to put on my tree on ancestry.com. Thank you very much in advance. Kraft, M.D., born to Mae & Hyman Kravchick, on April 3, 1918, New York City, N.Y., and passed away on October 29, 2008. He was educated at Yeshiva College, University of Cincinnati, Cornell University and the Medical College of New York. He served in World War II in the Battle of Bastone and served in Patton's 3rd army and was discharged as a Major. He married Romayne B. Mendelsohn in 1949. The Kraft's have two sons, Bruce and Alan. After practicing medicine in New York, the Kraft's moved to Oklahoma City in 1956. David was Chief of Medicine at Saint Anthony Hospital and served on their foundation. After retiring from private practice, Dr. Kraft taught cardiology students with great passion at the OU Health Sciences Center for almost twenty years. He is survived by his wife, Romayne two sons, Bruce and wife, Mary Lu and Alan and wife, Susie six grandchildren, Caroline, Jonathan, Megan, Bob, Ben, and Clint. He is also survived by his sister, Shirley Mitgang and her h! usband, Herbert of New York City and brother-in-law, Daniel Morris of Long Island, New York and many nieces and nephews He will be greatly missed by his family and loved by the people who knew him. With great appreciation to all those people who assisted with David's care, too numerous to mention. Private graveside services will be held. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Heart Rhythm Institute of Oklahoma University Health Science Center of Oklahoma City. I am not connected to this family.
