I have tried finding my gg grandmother forever. Married to Fielding Wigginton, Marion co. al. moved to ok. after civil war.,Poteau I think. Born Jan. 1828,Tennessee. Father Seth Graves Harrell, a Methodist preacher. Found her in the 1900 census Choctaw Nation, Township 7,north range as a widow.Was told she was buried at Springhill or Springcreek Cemetery but can't find a complete listing online. Can someone please help me?

I'm also looking for the marriages for the PIATT children. Denver George PIATT married a lady named Elsie. He died in 1984. Emmitt D.PIATT married a lady named Clara 17 July 1946. He died in 1977. I don't know who Sidney or Johnny married or when. I wonder if Harry Clayton or Gladys PIATT married before they left OK.for CA. I have all the information for Alfred Clinton PIATT. Catherine DRAKE & Alfred Comer PIATT had 8 children born by 1930;most of them born in Avant,Osage Co.,OK. I believe 6 of them died in OK. I found,with help,3 of their children in the Sunny Lane Cemetery in Del City,OK. They were Denver George,Emmitt D. & Alfred Clinton PIATT. I'm now looking for Sidney,John & an unnamed,so far,boy PIATT. The boy died at 2 years old. He had a twin sister. The other 2 children died in CA. Thanks for any help! Sincerely, Pam Drake in IN. You might want to see if the Elk City paper (in Beckham Co) ran an obit for him as most of the Canute happenings are reported there.

You see my problem is my Mary Burgess was born in 1903 and I see her in the 1910 Kiowa county census, I even have a picture of her with her mother taken in abt. 1912013. But I don't know whom she married. So, I look for her under Burgess, I do not know her married name.
