Her attorneys succeeded in getting her charges changed to fornication. Died- Charley MILLER, four year old son of Noah MILLER, living 10 miles south of Muskogee. Died of drinking patent chill tonic........ Judge S.O. HINDS and family, of Kansas are expected to arrive in the city today. They will occupy the ROBINSON place on east side. Maj. Wm NELSON has decided to move his family back to Evansville, Ind, in order to have his children in superior schools of that area. Memoriam- Andrew ROSS, 76 years, one of the oldest sand most respected Cherokee citizens died at his home near Webbers Falls on the 29th of July, and was buried by Masons honors by the Webbers Falls lodge. Biography on Candidate L.C. PERRYMAN, running for second term of Chief of the Creek Nation: he was born at Sodom, Creek Nation, I.T. March 1, 1838. Parents: Lewis PERRYMAN, Big Spring town, and Ellen PERRYMAN, nee WINSLETT, of Hechittee town. Emigrated to this nation from the old Creek Nation in Alabama, 1828. He is the oldest of many children.
