Ronnie Smallen officiating. Burial was under the direction of Bradley Funeral Home of Muskogee, OK. She was born October 31, 1904 in Webbers Falls, OK. And died March 7, 1992 at the age of 87 at Muskogee Regional Medical Center in Muskogee, OK. She was a homemaker and had lived in Muskogee for the past 20 years. She was preceeded in death by her husband, Frederick Newman Floyd who passed away July 8, 1969. She was the daughter of William & Mattie (Bennett) Vinson.
