Lydia Evaline SEARCY was born near St Jacops, Madison Co, AR March 7, 1879 and departed this life Jan 12 1926 at the home of her brother, M.G. SEARCY at Stillwater, OK. She was united in marriage to Isaac VANCE on Dec 25, 1902 and to this union three children were born. She is survived by her husband, two dau, Bessie and Ethel VANCE, a son George, all of Boynton, her brother and sister, Mrs D.H. COYNER, of Steamboat Springs, Col. Interment was made in Fairview Cemetery at Cherryvale, KS. Mrs J.E. SUTTON arrived home Monday night of last week from a visit with her parents, Mr and Mrs Samuel HUGHES, of Dedham, IA.
