I know Briartown is in Muskogee Co, but I can't find it on my map. Can anyone tell me where it is, and give me directions on how to get there? Any help will be much appreciated. Chris

Briartown is South East of Porum and North East of Vann, closer to Vann, Oklahoma. Hope this helps some. If a family lived in Briartown, would the children have been more likely to marry over in Stigler (Co seat of Haskell Co) or in Muskogee, which would have been farther away? Thanks for any help. Chris
