Hi, I've had the same problem - they (AOL) tells me to put their e-mail addresses and domains into Mail Controls - but I still get them - then Mail Controls tells me that that address is already there when I try to put it in again. AOL also tells me to send them to TOSEmail1 - TOSSPAM - TOSfiles - I do all of this too - I've even done the Notify AOL at the botton of the screen. And I've complained to AOL a LOT. Nothing seems to work - maybe if enough people complain - hopefully they would listen. Leda
