You might try to contact Betty Barker, president of the Adair County Historical Society. Adair County is not far from Webbers' Falls and also, Betty is a Starr. She is very knowledgable about the area and the people there. She is very difficult to get hold of, it took me a week, but it's worth it when you do. Her number is (918) 696-7577.
