Hi Joyce, sorry i could not get back to you with a reply, my cable system has been down for about a week, I got a new modem and would you believe that they sent the wrong model!!!!!!!!!! i a irate that tech support could not figure it out the first day, anyway i saw that you got the information corrected, it is nice to have such good people on the system that take the time to help when there is a problem.
