We are in need of how to find information on a person that may have died between 1890 and 1930 in the Sallisaw area (?), her name was MARGARET AVANT(s). We were told that records of this nature could be found in Muskogee. We have no idea where, could someone guide us in the correct location. Thanks for your help. Mike
