Hi! I'm looking at an old letter dated Sept. 1980 in which the person writes: "we are planning to contribute two life stories to the Muskogee County History which will be published later this year. One article will be on my grandfather, William Marion Francis HESS". (William HESS was born 1867 in MO and died 9-26-1956 in Muskogee Co., OK.) Does anyone have access to this Muskogee County History that could do a lookup of William Marion Francis HESS for me, please? Thanks very much! Mary
