His family of three daughters and one son have grown to womanhood and manhood here. Mrs CHERRY has been society reporter for the Index for over two years. Miss Retta RAY and Mr Charles TAYLOR were married at Wagoner on Tuesday, June 1 Mr & Mrs O.S. STARLING and little daughter, Isabel, are attending a family reunion in Houston, MO 3 sep 1926 Margaret McGLASSON, daughter of Samuel Rodman JUSTISON and Mrion JUSTISON, was born at Brighton, IL, May 26, 1868 and ided Tuesday morning, August 24. She married T.P. McGLASSON at St Louis, MO on December 31, 1904 and to this union one son , Robert, was born. Besides her husband and son, she leaves a brother and sister. Burial in Greenhill Cemtery at Muskogee. 10 sep 1926 Sunday, September 8, at high noon, Miss Bertha BROWN became the bride of Mr Clyde PLAYTER. Miss Brown is the daughter of Mr & Mrs J.H. They have lived in Boynton the greater part of their lives and will make their home in this city. 17 sep 1926 Mrs George REEVES has been in attendance at the bedside of her nephew, Frank CHESBRO, in the Muskogee General Hospital 1 oct 1926 Mrs Oscar BUCKER entertained Monday afternoon with a party in honor of her daughter, Helen, whose fifth birthday it was. The six months old baby of Mr & Mrs L.W. HOUSE died at the family home in Morris last Saturday morning of heart failure. The funeral services were held in Morris Sunday afternoon. Harrison GRIFFIN, who resides near this city, passed away last Tuesday at his home. He was born Feb 20, 1874, moving to Boynton in 1905 and in 1906, he married Miss Ella MATHEWS. In a few years they moved to Montana, while there Mrs GRIFFIN died and in 1922 he moved back to Boynton. He leaves to mourn seven children: Grace, Sina, Hope, Ruth, Glen, Arthur, and Harris, one sister and three brothers. Burial was in M.W.A. 14 may 1926 Mrs Cornelia JOHNSON, of Baxter Springs, KS, spent last week with her son, Frank MURPHY, and mrs MURPHY north of town. 21 may 1926 A spring wedding of much interest was that of Miss Maude KIRKMAN, dau of Mr & Mrs George KIRKMAN of Paden, to Mr T.S. WOODS. The wedding occured in Okmulgee last Thursday evening. Mrs WOODS is a teacher in the Boynton High School John G. McCUTCHEON, aged 56 yrs, died ca twenty minutes after arriving at Dr TILLEY's hospital in Muskogee from a gun shot Tuesday afternoon. "Jack" as he was familiarly known, came to Boynton ten or twelve yrs ago and with his brother, James S., actively engaged in drilling contracting. Interment was in Greenhill Cemetery in Muskogee. (May 28, 1926 Kadosh Honor for Departed Boynton Man) Coming as a complete surprise to their many friends was the wedding of Charlotte BUTTLEGE, dau of Mr & Mrs Frank KLEIN, to Mr Carmi ALLRED, Saturday morning at the home of the groom's brother, Mr & Mrs C.E. 30 Apr 1926 cont Mrs C.C. CROOCH was called to Junction City, KS last Monday night by the death of her father, Mr Louis HAUSERMAN. Mr Houserman died last Monday at the home of his son in Kansas City. Interment was made from the family home in Junction City last Thursday, April 22. 7 may 1926 Mr & Mrs Roscoe LITE and baby, Billie Joe, left Tuesday morning for their home in Paris, AR, after being the weekend guest of Mrs LITE's sister, Mrs Dail FREETLY, and Mr FREETLY Mr & Mrs D.L. WADLEY Jr and dau, of Muskogee, visited Mrs Wadley's mother, Mrs Frank KLEIN and family, Sunday The left foot of Mrs J.A. POORMAN, who has been in a Muskogee hospital for the past two weeks, was amputated three inches above the ankle Wednesday. She was reported resting easy Thursday.
