The memorial service is under the direction of Clagg Funeral Home. He was born Tuesday, July 13, 1915 in Drake to John E. Worley and Clara E. McBride Worley. He died Friday, Feb. 21, 2003 in Sulphur. On November 15, 1947 he married Ila Mae Dennis at Henryetta. He had lived in this area all of his life, except for 10 years spent in the Duncan area. He attended school in Sulphur. He is survived by his wife, Ila Mae Worley, Sulphur; four daughters, JoAnn Wooten, Joyce Worley, Jenenetta Worley, and Juanita Worley, all of Sulphur; three sons, John Edward Worley and Jerry Lynn Worley, both of Sulphur and Jeff Scott Worley, Ardmore; three sisters, Anna Shephard, Bakersfield, Calf., Clara Letha Byers, Elgin, Texas, and Hazel Castleberry, Sulphur; a brother, Lawrence Worley, Anderson, Mo. and seven grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, six brothers and two sisters.
