Graveside services were Feb. 24 at Green Hill Cemetery, with the Rev. James Densman officiating. Mrs. Norrid was born March 20, 1920, in Hennepin to Charles and Ida (Brown) Hedrick. She attended school through the 10th grade at Hennepin and Woodland schools. She had lived and worked in Milan, Ill. She lived next door to her brother "Bounce." Mrs. Norrid retired from Southwestern Bell Telephone Company and later from Eagle-LaSalle Industries. She lived in Pauls Valley a few years before moving back to Hennepin to be near her sisters. Mrs. Norrid played the piano, accordion and French harp and was a member of the Pentecostal Church of Hennepin. She is survived by a sister, Ada Hedrick of Davis. She was preceded in death by her parents; three sisters, Ida Jacks, Maudie Frenchman and Opal Harris; two brothers, W.W. "Bounce" Hedrick and Oscar "Shorty" Hedrick. Funeral services were under the direction of Krien Funeral Home.
