She told me in 1995 that she did not have a birth certificate and she never filed for a probated one. Apparently after Grandpa Rat died someone tried to get her to file one but she refused to do so. Raymond Wallen was one of her brothers. Dennis has posted his obit to this site also. Thank you Dennis for all your hard work!
