Hello All, I am currently compiling the cemetery registry of the Mill Creek Cemetery. Mill Creek is 13 miles southeast of Sulphur and many former Murray county residents are buried there. If any of you on the list have family buried there I would be happy to take a photo of the gravestones for you. Many of the folks buried here have very similar names so if you can give me a full name and an approximate birth or death date it would be very helpful. It is just inside the Johnston county line. I checked the Johnston county page and saw that it was not canvassed. There is a new CC for the county and she lives in another state so it will probably not get done otherwise. Let me know if you need pictures as I am going a few hours every weekend till it is done. If you find any Arnett, please let me know. I had a William A. Arnett that left Valliant between 1912 and the 1920 Census. He went to Sulphur. No further info. Had come from Alabama ca 1896-98 to near Red River, TX. Into Valliant. May have known the relatives of Walter A. Arnett. Arrived with either two brothers, or a brother, and Uncle. One is known Uriah Wesley Arnett, other John R. Arnett. The brothers died in different places. ~Walter L. Cullars Researching the work of Casey W.
