From Davis Oklahoma, edited by Theresa Gabel, 1981 H. H. Allen is mentioned in a section titled, "History of the Masonic Lodge of Davis" by Janice Davis Francis. (page 228) "On April 1, 1899, the committee on "Building and Procuring a Lodge Room" consisting of D.F. Ellis, V.P. Kelley and H.H Allen, reported they had jointly, with the Royal Arch Masons, bought the hall over the bank (The Farmer's Bank, on the northwest corner of Main and Fourth streets). The total price was $500. One-half this amount was to be paid by the Lodge. The Lodge met in this location until it built a Lodge Room at 203 No. 2nd St., Davis Oklahoma. This building was dedicated July 4, 1963." I found no other entries related to this gentleman.
