James Densman officiating. Interment was at the Green Hill Cemetery under the direction of Fox Funeral Home. She was born on August 1, 1907 in Webb City, Mo. to Stillman and Stella Nicley Moore. She died December 27 at Burford Manor Nursing Home in Davis. On December 22, 1926 she married Clifford L. Drennan in Tecumseh. He preceded her in death on June 3, 1983. She grew up in Elmore City and graduated from Elmore City High School. She attended college at O.B.U. and graduated from East Central University in Ada with a masters degree in education. She taught school at several schools, including Hennepin and Woodland. She retired from teaching after 42 years. She attended First Baptist Church and taught a Sunday School Class. She belonged to Carter County Retired Teachers Organization and was a past worthy Matron of the Order of Eastern Star. She is survived by one daughter-in-law, Susie Drennan, Davis; one sister, Ruth Moore, Wynnewood; three grandchildren, Marilyn Cole and her husband Darrell, Wayne and Phil Drennan; eight great grandchildren, Blake and Brett Cole, Lyndsi, Meridth, Colton, Scott and Stacy Drennan. She was preceded in death by her parents, one son, Clifford L "Sonny" Drennan, Jr. and one great grandson, Cody Drennan. Pallbearers were David Webb, Wayne Webb, Randy Moore, Don Cash, Cliff Tuley and Dick Morton. Honorary Pallbearers were the Gleaner Sunday School Class.
