She attended school in Sulphur and attended two years of college, one year at East Central University and one year at Oklahoma State University. She married Harold Washburn in 1943 and moved to Seattle Washington. She passed away on June 25, 2003 in her home. She is survived by her husband, Harold of the home; three daughters Paula and Jim Dimak, Woodinville, Wa., Marilyn and Dean McKee of Woodinville, Wa. and Carol and Doug Duncanson, Radmond, Wa.; one son Bob Washburn, Spokane, Wa.; nine grandchildren; six great grandchildren; two loving brothers Joe McDaniel, Sulphur and Paul McDaniel, Tulsa, one niece Mary Jo McDaniel, Sulphur and Andrew McDaniel, Woodenville, Wash. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joe and Ruth McDaniel, and one nephew, Bill McDaniel.
