COURTNNEY named his first born son, Henry Hill COURTNEY, b 1851. Henry was around the Fort Arbuckle area and TX/OK border area from around 1850 -1898. I have been trying to figure out who this HILL Family was that he thought so much of to name his first born after, also thinking that there could be a relation here. I haven't found Henry Hill COURTNEY past 1900 but did find a widow COURTNEY with small son who visited Davis a lot in the 1890-1900 timeframes (per the Davis News).
