Is anyone out there familiar with Cherokee genealogy? I have found a Clarence C. CRABTREE (Dawes # 3032M) listed in the Cherokee Roots Vol #2 and need to find out if he is related in any way to a Delila CRABTREE daughter of Rebecca CRABTREE. Rebecca married a William WHITAKER they had : Hester Ann, Kathryn, Bettie, Cassandra, Jim and Tom WHITAKER. Delilia CRABTREE married a James COX and they had Callie Hester born abt 1895 in AR, Hallie, and Lilly COX . Any suggestions or assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated, especially since I am new to genealogy research to begin with. Thank you - Dona
