Jiles and Loretta H. (Hudson) Gower Woods, married Albert E. Lee May 17, 1976 at Muskogee, and died Aug. 13, 2001 at her home at Council Hill, OK. Services were Friday at the Eufaula Church of the Nazarene followed by burial in Greenwood Cemetery under the direction of Gregg Funeral Home of Eufaula. Survivors include her husband Albert of the home; a daughter, Debra N. Choate of Eufaula; and a son, Douglas R. Rousey of Coweta; six step-children, Chris Lee of Berryville, AR, Kevin Lee of Checotah, David Lee of Tulsa, Karen Trowbridge of Alpena, Ar, Donna Lindquist of Dallas, TX and Pattie Jarrett of Eureka Springs, AR; brother and sister-in-law, Herman and Linda; grandchildren Christopher C. Downum of Eufaula and Michael Rousey of Coweta; and 18 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her sister, Ethil Nadine Jiles; grandparents John Adner Hudson and Ida Emily Dyess Hudson. THE INDIAN JOURNAL, Thursday, August 23, 2001, Page 11
