THOMAS R. “TOM” FOREMAN was born Feb. 9, 1935 at Pierce to George and Virgie (Etchison) Foreman AND DIED Aug. 4, 2001 in Tulsa. Services were Aug. 8 at the Hampton Memorial Chapel followed by burial in the Pierce Cemetery under the direction of Hampton Mortuary of Checotah. Survivors include a brother, George and wife Elena and daughter Dasha of Checotah; niece Tanja Dougherty and her daughter Payton and husband Larry of Jacksonville, FL; and nephew Danny Foreman and his wife Martha of Tulsa.
