VICTOR EMANUEL WILLIAMS was born Dec 5, 1918 at Ozark, AR to John Cephas and Emma (McKee) Williams, married Hazel Jewel McNeely at Standing Rock near Eufaula on Oct 14, 1939, and died Dec 7, 2003 at Muskogee Veterans Hospital. Services were Dec 9 at the Gregg Funeral Home Chapel followed by burial at Greenwood Cemetery. Survivors include his wife of the home in Porum; two daughters, Mary June Riser of Wagoner, and Betty Jane Williams of Buckeye, AZ; twin brother, Virgil Williams of Oklahoma City, brother and sister-in-law, Joe and Christine Williams of Muskogee; 8 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild.
