Funeral services were Dec 11 at the First Free Will Baptist Church followed by Burial at Greenwood Cemetery under the direction of Hunn, Black & Merritt Funeral Home. Survivors include three daughters, Ruby Jean Freeman, Shirley Ann Burwell and Lela Mae Wheeler all of Eufaula; two sons, Dale Bennett Phillips and wife Carrie of Eufaula and Guy Burtis Phillips and wife Shirley of Okay; daughter, Toy Jean Scrimshire and husband Tom of Eufaula; sisters, Velma Felsinger of Eufaula and Ola Mae Caruthers and husband Willie of Hanna; thirteen grandchildren: Bruce freeman, Callie Haggard, Judith Hamilton, Daniel Burwell, Sam Burwell, Cindy Jamison, Sabrina Daniels, Lance Phillips, Brandy Burns, Teresa Douglas, Shawna Miller, Angela Jones and Philip Henry; and many great grandchildren and great great grandchldren. She was preceded in death by her parents; infant brothers, Curtis and Carb; brothers, Harb and Tom Baker; sisters, Loretta (Eddie) Grinder, Alice (Allie) Thomas, Eliza Grader, Mattie Walters, and Thelma Baker (infant); and her husband in 1990.
