Hello, Am searching for any descendants of Peter Hardiman, b. in Ireland probably abt. 1800's? His wife was Mariah. Wish to know her maiden name. They both died during the Potato Famine in Ireland 1847-49. Their children; Peter Strother Hardiman, John Hardiman, Patrick Hardiman. Peter, my gr.grndfather b. Sept 1,1844, Athlone, Ireland. His brother John abt.1839, Patrick, 1842. Their sister Mary Hardiman MAGUIRE/McGUIRE, (don't know her husband given name)? Mary brought the boys to America abt. 1856. Peter settled in Virginia...and so did John. Would like to find Mary Maguire..and Patrick. I thought he married in Wilkes Co. Ga. March 1875? Not sure about that. John-married M.E. Bradley...and Peter, married Sarah Anne Johnston, March 1868. Would like to hear from any HARDIMANS out there...hope something gells. Thank you. Jackie in sunny California
