Hello Sandra, You are not alone I assure you. It just seems that way when everyone is so quiet. I had hoped when I joined this list that I might find out something about my husbands family. We have been told that his grandmother Nancy C Haskett is Cherokee Indian but haven't been able to fine any information on her family. WILLIAM ALEXANDER1 JONES was born November 1854 in Ga, and died February 17, 1929 in Dallas, Tx. He married NANCY CAROLINE HASKETT in Marion Co, Ark. She was born January 1858 in Ark, and died October 11, 1903 in McIntosh Co,Ok. Children of WILLIAM JONES and NANCY HASKETT are: i. BABY GIRL2 JONES. ii. CHARLOTTE JONES, b. September 1879, Ark; m. JOE HENDERSON. 2. iii. WILLIAM HOMER JONES, b. April 1882, MO. 3. iv. LAVINA MARYBELLE JONES, b. February 20, 1884, Ark; d. June 25, 1961, Yuma, Arizona. 4. v. JOHN FARMER JONES, b. October 16, 1885, Mountain Home, Ark; d. January 11, 1954, Happy Hollow, Lenna, Oklahoma. vi. LONA MARTHA JONES, b. September 1888, Ind Terr, Ok. 5. vii. ANDREW HUBBARD JONES, b. February 1890, Ark. 6. viii. NETTIE LOU JONES, b. February 22, 1891, Ind Terr, Ok; d. February 15, 1949, Ravia, Oklahoma (Johnston County). (My mother-in-law) 7. ix. BEAULAH A JONES, b.
