Posted on: Mcintosh County, Ok Query Forum Reply Here: http://cgi.rootsweb.com/~genbbs/genbbs.cgi/USA/Ok/Mcintosh/497 Surname: Cowens ------------------------- am looking for information on my great grand daddy JAMES THOMAS COWENS i know he owed a farm that he worked and he milk cowes and other stuff i have a picture of some of the children that helped him but no names it was around 1940 no later than 1946 when he died. james thomas cowens was born in 1858 or 1864 im not sure because i have two documents with different dates and i dont know witch one is right. the farm was in checotah olkahoma all it gets me is a rt.1 address. anybody with information or thinks one of these children might be a family member i will send the picture by e-mail please contact me..
