Services were held at the Eufaula Church of Christ followed by burial at Greenwood Cemetery under the care of Gregg Funeral Home. Survivors include his parents; two sons, William Matthew Henley of Rockledge, FL and Larry Stephen Henley of Germany; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Bobby Dale and Ruthie Henley and Charles Wayne Henley; one sister and brother-in-law, Kathryn and Curtis Leon Garrett all of Eufaula.
