I do use a first level spam blocker provided by Earthlink. It doesn't catch everything, but I find it necessary to look at everything it does catch to be sure not to miss email from this list. I think the work of our manager(s) is excellent so I will keep checking the spam before deleting, if there is some you wouldn't want to change.
