Funeral services were Dec 30 at the Parks Brothers Funeral Home Chapel in Okemah followed by burial at the Castle Cemetery. Survivors include her husband of Council Hill, OK; son, Steven Eugene Thornton of Gassville, AR; daughter, Susan Lynn Pannell of Council Hill; brother, Joseph W Mann of Talihina, OK; three sisters, Katie L Burr of Boynton, OK, Bertie Jane Driskell of Sands Springs, OK and Ruth Stafford of Okemah; seven grandchildren, Steven Thornton Jr, Jacob Bradshaw, Amanda Thornton, Laura Bradshaw, Jennifer Miller Matthew Miller and Joshua Miller.
