JASON ALEC LEE YOUNGBLOOD, four-month-old son of Jennifer Younglblood died June 23 at St. Frances Hospital in Tulsa. Services were June 25 at the Bower Cemetery under the direction of Black’s Shipman & Merritt Funeral Home. Jason was preceded in death by his Pop-Pop, Roger on Dec. 16, 2000 Survivors include his mother and grandmother, Linda Youngblood of Eufaula; an aunt, Jaimie and her husband Tray Warrior of Checotah; an uncle, Jerrod Youngblood of Oklahoma City, two cousins, Kierra and Kobe Warrior of Checotah; maternal great-grandmother, Neil Younblood of Tulsa; two great aunts, Judy Biby of Waurika, OK and Rhonda Malas of Tulsa; a great uncle, Larry Walker of Houston, TX; his father, Titus Carey of Muskogee; a sister, Fallon Carey of Muskogee; and great-paternal grandparents, Charles and Mary Carey of Muskogee THE INDIAN JOURNAL, Thursday, July 5, 2001
