VIRGIE IRENE MURRAY was born April 17, 1917 at Henryetta, OK to Ira Parson and Zula Gertrude (Thomas) Parsons, married Alvin Lee Murray in 1938, and died at her home in Eufaula on July 1, 2001. Graveside services were held July 5 at the Okemah Cemetery under the direction of Gregg Funeral Home of Eufaula. Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Sue and Dan Thompson of Eufaula; two grandchildren, Pam and David Guest of Davenport, OK and Tim Thompson of Tuylsa; great grandchildren, Jamie Burgess of Davenport and Elizabeth Thompson of Tulsa; her aunt, Eva Parson of Yukon, OK anf four step grandchildren.
