Born 24 Jan 1915 to Clara Ralston and John I. Clubb. Clara died when Ruby and brother, Harvey, were young children. Young children are found residing with other family members. Harvey with sister, Cecil Jacobs when he was 12, Della Clubb with Ralston Grandparents at age 14. I am unable to locate any census information to indicate who may have been raising Ruby until she was brought back home by John I. Clubb.
