    3. Marty: You did get my class list of addresses didn't you?? And the one on Herbert Lanham I was unable to find and was looking for his sister His sister is Sue Shawyer (not sure of the correct spelling but you probably know her) I have left 2 phone messages on (what I think is her phone no) and she has not returned my call. Sharon said she is living with someone and she was going to find out the person's name for me. You might give her a call and get that one. Also, if you can send me a list of the people you are searching for I will search for them on the web site I found new addresses for my class for you. Brent, at one time had a complete list but that was about 15 years ago he sent me and my computer crashed and I lost all of them. However, after that many years who knows where these people are. Also, there is a web site "Classmates.Com" with many Eufaula students listed on there. You have to join but I found a lot of people on there. Anything I can do, please let me know. We plan to be in Eufaula the first week in August so if you need any help while I am there you can reach me on my Cell 214-454-7585 or just call Sharon. >I am President of Eufaula Alumni Association this year and people are >sending me emails asking for alumni addresses that >I don't always have. 3. Elaine: My name is Peggy Pointer and I was working with Ron putting my class book and pictures online when he resigned. He has part of the info on there and I have sent him all of it quite sometime ago. It is the Class of 1949 Eufaula High School. Could you find out from him where the rest of the information is and finish it for me. I would be eternally grateful since there is a lot of bio in this that others might like to read. 3. Hi RuthAnn, of course I remember you and all your family. I was looking at a picture the other day that I found in Mother's pictures of your great-grandmother and my grandmother. We always called her Aunt Mary. I had along talk on the telephone with Jimmy Cloyd about a month ago. I went to see your Mother when I was visiting Uncle Tiny one time. She said she wanted to go home and she still had her house there. We had a Blair Family reunion over memorial day and all of my generation was there with the exception of Patty and Sonny. Had it on the Lake at Sharon's & Barbara Jean's houses. You might not know Barbara Jean she grew up in Checotah but she is Daddy's oldest sister's daughter and they have built a new home next to Sharon. Your Mother used to stay with us in Tulsa and take care of my Debbie while I worked. Well I have to go now - have errands to run - but keep in touch and if I find more of your family pictures in Mother's pictures would you like to have them? 9:49 AM 7/12/2004, you wrote: >Hi Peggy, You may not remember me but I am Ruthann Murry Downum. 3. How interesting! My oldest sister Betty Pullen, graduated in 1946, brother Theodore in 1948 & Floyd in 1949. However, my family left Eufaula in 1939 to get a job in Calif (Grapes of Wrath) came back to Ark. in Dec 1941 & moved to Ft Smith, Ark in 1943, where they stayed the rest of their lives. All of us kids graduated from Ft Smith high schools. The older kids were 8, 9, & 11 when they left Euf. I was born in Ca. in July 1941. My Mother & I have gone back to E. several times to visit Elsie and her Mother Lena up til they died. The last time I was over there, Naomi Grayson was living in the old home. Mrs. Lena Grayson was my Mothers cousin once removed. She was the dau. of my Grandfather Coppick's half brother Jesse Campbell. Well, this is probably more than you wanted to know, but its nice to hear from someone who lived close to them. Thanks for writing. Doris Pullen Jenkins PS. Nadine came back to Eufaula and died of cancer. ----- Original Message ----- From: "peggy Pointer" <gmppsp@airmail.net> To: <OKMCINTO-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Monday, July 05, 2004 3:50 PM Subject: Re: [OKMCINTO] Roll Call > > I grew up in Eufaula and the Grayson's were our neighbors. 3. I grew up in Eufaula and the Grayson's were our neighbors. I never new Elsie's husband. I knew Nadine Wells. She was a little older than I am and she left Eufaula right out of High School. She would have graduated in 1947 or 48. As I remember when she left she went to Washington D.C. to work. Seems as though I heard she had passed away. As far as I know all the Graysons are dead. You might check Greenlawn Cemetery in Eufaula and find their graves. Good luck and if I learn more I will let you know.At 10:20 AM 6/29/2004, you wrote: >I don't know much .....just that my mother's cousin Elsie Grayson married a >Wells and they had a daughter, Nadine Wells. 3. I grew up in Eufaula and knew an Alice McQuarry. There were two men, Alice's husband and a brother named TC. They are both dead now. TC has a son, T.C. Jr., who did live in and work for a bank in Muskogee. He is my brother's age 66. They had a younger son whose neme was Pony Lee. I don't know about him. I guess the other two boys you mentioned were Alice's sons. I have an aunt still in Eufaula I will ask her their names. At 01:47 PM 6/30/2004, you wrote: >Hi. 3. Hi everyone, I am desperately trying to trace the Wood (Woods) and Bennefield families. They left Winston County Alabama around 1893 and went to McIntosh County Oklahoma. I would love to hear from anyone having any info. Thanks Shirley

    3. Just to let you all know, I am Kathleen Burnett's step daughter and am staying with her in Utah for the weekend. She was kind enough to let me use her e-mail and I forgot to go sign on to my yahoo account. Sorry for the confusion. 2. Kathleen Burnett
    3. Dear List Members, May I suggest that instead of placing Roll Call in the Subject line you place a community and date or the names of who you are researching and dates. In checking he Archives for this list we have almost a month of only the subject line of "Roll Call" If a researcher was looking for a connection he or she would need to open each message to read the continents.
