I'm trying to review the 1900 census records for the area that is now know as Valliant. I know my descendants came into the area around the 1900's from Kentucky and I ran up against a stump when I realized there was no McCurtain Co. then. What would that area be known as on the census rolls? Any help would be appreciated. Nan
