Hello, Nana. You want to look at the 1900 Indian Territory census. Look in Choctaw Nation. There are 3 or 4 rolls of microfilm and I'm afraid I don't have the enumeration district close at hand for you. If you go the OK GenWeb site, you can look at the IT map and it shows you what nations were where. You can also check the Choctaw Nation web site that was posted a few days agao and it shows what areas are the counties now. I'll be happy to check the soundex next time in the Tulsa library, but that will be a while as my two year old son is in the hospital for the second time in two weeks, so mother will be home awhile later - and in gegealogy withdrawal! Happy time travels. -----Original Message----- From: Nan <[email protected]> To: [email protected] <[email protected]> Date: Friday, December 08, 2000 11:19 PM Subject: [OKMCCURT] 1900 census records >Posted on: McCurtain County, Ok Query Forum >Reply Here: http://cgi.rootsweb.com/~genbbs/genbbs.cgi/USA/Ok/McCurtain/1200 > >Surname: >------------------------- > >Help!
