Mr. Qualls has been ill for sometime and the cause of his illness was not known. He was 67 years of age. All of his children were at the bedside when death came except two daughters, Mesdames Stella Adkins, Sulphur Rock ,Ark., and Mrs. Monta Dykes, of Sweetwater, Texas. He is survived by three sons, Mil- ard,Frank and Henry Qualls of this city, and three daughters, Sarah Caldwell of this city, Stella Adkins, Sulphur Rock, Ark., and Monta Dykes of Sweetwater,Texas, also a step-son Sam Minikin, of this place. Funeral services will be held Wed- nesday at 2 p.m., at the Forest Hill cemetery where interment will follow.
